Financial statements
We prepare year-end financial statements that show your income, expenses, assets and liabilities clearly. Most owner-managed corporations need compiled financial statements to support the T2 return and to share with their bank.
Statements are delivered with a short plain-English summary of how the year went and what to watch for next year.
Fractional CFO
A fractional CFO gives you senior financial leadership for a few hours a month instead of a full-time salary. We build cash flow forecasts and budgets, track the numbers that matter for your business and prepare you for meetings with lenders.
It suits growing companies that have outgrown basic bookkeeping but are not ready to hire a full-time CFO.
Corporate tax returns (T2)
Every Canadian corporation must file a T2 return within six months of its fiscal year-end, even if it owes no tax. Any balance owing is usually due two or three months after year-end.
We prepare and file your T2 return, plan salary and dividends for the owners, and claim the deductions and credits your corporation is entitled to.
Personal tax, bookkeeping and CRA audit defence
We also prepare personal tax returns for business owners, shareholders and their families, keep your books current so you always know where the business stands, and represent you if CRA reviews or audits your returns.
Having one firm handle the books, the corporate return and the personal returns keeps your tax planning consistent from year to year.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
When is my corporate tax return due?
The T2 return is due six months after your corporation’s fiscal year-end. The tax balance is generally due two months after year-end, or three months for some Canadian-controlled private corporations.
What does a fractional CFO do?
A fractional CFO handles forecasting, budgeting, cash flow planning and reporting on a part-time basis. You get senior financial advice without the cost of a full-time hire.
Do I need financial statements if I am a small corporation?
Yes. Your corporation needs financial information to file its T2 return, and lenders usually ask for annual financial statements.
Can you help if CRA is reviewing my return?
Yes. We review the request, prepare the response and deal with CRA on your behalf.
